～HANEDA SKY～ TCS2025 Gathering Party

Official Program of Tokyo Creative Salon 2025

As part of Tokyo Creative Salon 2025, one of Japan’s largest creative festivals backed by the Tokyo Metropolitan Government, the International Arts Initiative co-hosted a special immersive event with Haneda Future Research Institute at Haneda Innovation City on March 22, 2025.

The evening featured rooftop views of Haneda’s runways, curated food and drink, and performances directed by Yuko Shimoji. A prototype of her upcoming stage work UZETSU was presented, exploring the intersection of tradition, the body, and urban space.

The event also included a special talk between Shimoji and Seiichi Saito, Chair of the Good Design Award jury, on the theme of cultural co-creation. The gathering offered a new model for creative exchange in Tokyo’s evolving urban landscape.
