This charity gala, hosted by the newly restructured International Arts Initiative, was held at the historic Akasaka Classic House—formerly the residence of Prince Yi. More than 110 guests, including business leaders and foundation representatives, gathered to support recovery efforts for the 2024 Noto Peninsula earthquake.

The evening began with an exhibition in the foyer, featuring photographs documenting the disaster and exquisite lacquerware by the Sadaike family from Kanazawa. Guests reflected on the tragedy while appreciating the beauty of traditional craftsmanship.

The event was hosted by Takumi Bando, known from “The Bachelor,” and featured a lively charity raffle with luxury prizes, as well as an inspiring talk by The Nippon Foundation HEROs, introducing athlete-led social initiatives related to disaster recovery.

Proceeds were donated via The Nippon Foundation to support NGOs and NPOs providing aid in the affected areas. A follow-up report was shared with all attendees, detailing the total amount raised and its impact.
